Finally ART

I have finally met up with my muse! It has been gone for awhile and I didn't think it was ever coming back. I'm showing you a little tease of what I am working on. It's titled "The Secret Garden." I really love that story. Many moons ago my fifth grade teacher read that story to our class. I have never for gotten it!

Here is some of the hardware I have been saving for a special project.Now if I can just get it to turn out the way I imagine it?

Do you reconize this machine? For those who aren't old enough to remember............this is a record player. Not just any record player. This one you play the records and download them onto a cd or a mp3. Do I sound like I know what I'm talking about? I am clueless when it comes to mp3. It's just sitting here until one of my boys come home and shows me how to work the darn thing. I am one of those that has to be shown how something works. I wish I could say it comes with age. But I have always been this way.
I am always buying things like this and then wonder why I bought it? I think it will be easy and fun. I love to listen to most music. Another thing to keep me from doing art.
